ORDERS ARE DELIVERED FROM AUSTRALIA VIA NZ POST EPARCEL AND ARE FREE TO ANY ADDRESS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND.
Coach will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within 5-10 business days from dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process.
During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, NZ Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, NZ Post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, NZ Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
We're sorry Coach Online only delivers online orders to New Zealand addresses.
BY UTILISING NZ POST MYPOST SAFE DROP SERVICE ('SERVICE') YOU AGREE THAT:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
NZ Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at NZ Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of NZ Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
- Where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
- Where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
- Where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
